Which countries does Windsor Wardrobe ship to?

We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada, United Kingdom, United States, Australia & New Sealand. 

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@windsorwardrobe.com.
We are only able to process cancellations within 24 hours of your purchase. After that point, your order may already be in progress and can no longer be modified or cancelled. If your order has already shipped, you can follow our Return policy instead.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Absolutely. Our website is secured with SSL encryption to ensure your personal and payment information is handled safely. Your payment details are used only to complete your transaction and are never stored.

What are your shipping costs?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada. There are no additional handling or delivery fees.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Once shipped, delivery usually takes about 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more detailed information.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
