Return and Refund Policy
Refund Policy – Windsor Wardrobe
You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product in its original, unused condition.
In most cases, the cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or the error is on our side.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Please note: We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, kindly place a new order.
Return shipping costs may vary from approximately £10 to £15, depending on the courier service, package size, and return location.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Please contact us at info@windsorwardrobe.com and provide your order number.
If we receive your request before dispatch, we’ll cancel the order for you. If the order has already been shipped, please follow our standard return process.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (approx. £10–£15).
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Return / Exchange Procedure
You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery — no explanation needed.

Refunds
Once we receive your return (please ensure it has a tracking number and share it with us), we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return policy.
If everything is in order, we will email you a confirmation and issue your refund within 14 days of that confirmation.
